COURSES OUTLINE
Our aim is to develop learners’ productive communication with confidence by focusing on key generic speech patterns either in daily life situation or in business context toward professional working proficiency. The curriculum is based on delivering language teaching with an integrated method of communicative approach, contrastive analysis and cultural awareness. Listing and speaking are the core activities of each lesson while developing learners’ reading and writing skills with a systematic introduction to relevant knowledge.
By completing the pre-intermediate level, learners should have covered enough ground to be able to cope with many daily life needs in a Chinese speaking environment. By completing the upper-intermediate level, learners should have no problem of brief understanding of Chinese TV program and be capable of writing simple official documents. At pre-advanced level, learners should be able to read Chinese newspapers and will develop wide range of business or specialised subjects terminologies.
